i just had therapy and was talking about how much the framework of having to become my own doctor to cope with fibromyalgia was something i learned from trans people, in particular trans women and other transfeminine people using hrt

and like i am so grateful that i had people to learn that from and stuff like the ktp guide (https://pghrt.diy) to have as like, a model for understanding that you definitely know more than your fucking doctors, because society does not tell you that one
