and like i am so grateful that i had people to learn that from and stuff like the ktp guide (https://pghrt.diy) to have as like, a model for understanding that you definitely know more than your fucking doctors, because society does not tell you that one

and i am so fucking angry that people with chronic pain are so profoundly failed by the medical systems that we need lessons on navigating their ruins. and i am so fucking angry that trans people on hormones had to learn enough about that through experiencing it to fucking teach me
