For the love of whatever someone just assume I'm competent for once?
I promise I'll tell you when I can't do something but just... assume I know what I'm doing unless stated otherwise?

People only ever seem to assume I'm competent when they're in distress and I'm calm because I always am. Which totally doesn't impact the way I think about others at all. I'm, apparently, considered a useless himbo until I'm their last resort in which case I know and can deal with absolutely everything. And if one more person tells me I need to work on my self-worth I will start screaming because my self-worth is basically irrelevant when everyone* else treats me like this. *not literally everyone, just a significant portion of the people I know
