I wonder which employees stay and which ones leave due to RTO. Aren't the people who leave often more the employable ones with options? Is RTO helping your business?

@ABScientist@forall.social @User47@vmst.io I’m not sure that enters into the equation for these decisions. Some companies really place a ton of value on “culture.” For me as someone with ASD, all “company culture” activities make me uncomfortable and wear me down, as does working in an office. My productivity and overall enjoyment of my life has increased dramatically with the ability to control my time and work space. Plus I have dumped probably $15k into my office over the years. It’s perfect for me.
