@nicuveo@tech.lgbt I freely confess I didn't really do the research before joining Mastodon. I assumed, incorrectly, that it was going to be just like Muskodon but without the Nazis, and the impermanence took me by surprise. Clearly tons of people view impermanence as a positive, though, so perhaps the question is, what _is_ currently a good (Nazi-free) social network site for "influencers", or, at least, for people who fondly imagine that their words of wisdom belong to the ages?
