RE: https://circumstances.run/@mawhrin/116519061550403952 there's a bit more fun happening, as it seems that our network link inexplicably went down and then up at 10Mbps, instead of 1000Mbps. the provider is investigating, and will need to bring down the whole vm host. apologies for abrupt notice, things are in flux a bit.
