A big question mark is the less glamorous rooms that don't show up on department websites.
- There are going to be storage rooms: what's in those, besides printer paper?
- Where are the power and ventilation controls?
- Is there going to be a room with maintenance supplies? A storage area for liquid nitrogen, or acids for making circuits? A departmental server room? A shrine to Anubis?

@shimminbeg@masto.ai every lab tends to have its own storage for whatever is needed. Not usually the case that there would be one "central" storage area. It's possible that there could be a room with liquid nitrogen tanks that are piped to several other rooms, but I think usually things like liquified gases are kept in smaller quantities in individual labs. There will be a room somewhere with centralized power conduits for the entire building, but it's not gonna be big. Nowadays I'd imagine there is a centralized server space, but that's probably the size of a big closet.
