@shimminbeg@masto.ai every lab tends to have its own storage for whatever is needed. Not usually the case that there would be one "central" storage area. It's possible that there could be a room with liquid nitrogen tanks that are piped to several other rooms, but I think usually things like liquified gases are kept in smaller quantities in individual labs. There will be a room somewhere with centralized power conduits for the entire building, but it's not gonna be big. Nowadays I'd imagine there is a centralized server space, but that's probably the size of a big closet.

@shimminbeg@masto.ai Labs that use chemicals will have ventilation in the lab itself, venting to the outside. Are these vents big enough to crawl through? I'd say that's up to you 😂
