Guy in a meeting said something normal and apologized for being “brutal.” I said “please be 100% brutal so we’re clear with each other.” I then told him his team was being unprofessional, showed lack of competence and unwillingness to learn. With receipts. He said hearing that made him angry. Just your irregular reminder that neurotypical people don’t know what directness is and aren’t prepared for it. #actuallyautistic
