Me: You know, I have an hour left in the day, what's a nice easy story I could complete in that? Oh, how about this old tech-debt one, where we used to have two roles that would get instruction handbooks assigned to them, and now we only have the one role? How hard could removing the no-longer-supported role from this upload manager be?
