I've got a pounding headache after watching the eclipse. It's not from looking at the sun without eclipse glasses. (I didn't do that.) It's just from being outside in daylight for so long. Being a programmer, my usual lighting doesn't come from the sun, but from a light in my home office. My eyes don't know how to handle Bright Ball of Space Plasma.
