At least according to:
grep -e '^i.\{18\}n$' /usr/share/dict/american-english
In contrast, that gives 32 results for a11y.

@starsider@valenciapa.ws @vertigo@hackers.town @guyjantic@infosec.exchange there's also intercrystallization for i18n, a process which I would love to explain to you but honestly loses me about 2 lines into the Merriam Webster definition. I think it involves crystals forming together but still being separate entities. I believe a friend checked their dictionary and found 221 entries for a11y. Definitely a few questionable ones in that list though. So it's likely between 32 and 221.
