Hanta Virus getting way more coverage than is warranted. We’re seeing our democracy distorted with gerrymandering while voting rights are gutted. The rat disease is easily contained & not highly communicable. Don’t lose focus.

@gallaugher@mastodon.world No it's not. It's a wake up call . We are still doing the same shit as before covid. If not this virus, the next will occur soon enough with all the idiots in the world. And if you don't already know, this virus was spreading all over Argentina and nobody was warned. I don't think people reallyc care what virus it is, but the next one of these incidents could be the start of the next pandemic. WE SHOULD ALL BE TAKING IT SERIOUSLY! THE WORLD CANNOT AFFORD ANOTHER PANDEMIC.
