The first picture shows my daily keyboard. It was done as temporary and serves me for over a year. But slowly dies.
The second picture is a WIP layout for the new one. Still will be cheap, but with PCB, hotswap switches and case. There will be encoder in top right corner.
Have to think what else to change in it. Suggestions anyone?

@hrw@society.oftrolls.com as a fan of Alice layouts, I approve! I see you don't have the second B. Makes perfect sense, I also only ever use the left one
