@Linkletter@mastodon.social that pivot sounds like what needs to happen, but I wonder how Universities are thinking about managing OSS risk in that pivot? I spent a bunch of time recently looking at digital soverignty in higher ed, and I think there's a great opportunity with careful planning. OSS being part of that, but as a steward and not just user.
