@zeux@mastodon.gamedev.place oh, and a lot of details are in the code. But code is really hard to read on a phone.
For example in the “counting once” section it’s hard to tell what you’re actually doing. It takes a very slow and careful examination. Especially if you don’t already know what the post is trying to teach!

@forrestthewoods@mastodon.gamedev.place Yeah I meant the code to be part of the text, not just as an example, but I slightly enhanced one of the sections that was a little too direct at jumping in.
