Doing some reading about agentic systems, and a striking issue is how hard it is to get a non-deterministic system to behave safely. For humans we build systems to help us be safer but we seem to want to throw away those lessons. Vast amounts of work have gone into making our tools reliable, and now we're hellbent on throwing that away.
