Unlike a railroad mania or the dot com bubble the value of the data centers, the big pointy end of all the processing the GPU is only last one and three years. A railroad track or fabric optic cable last 30 years. All that could be recovered and sold for pennies on a dollar are gigantic building buildings in the middle of nowhere
