@eldersea@expressional.social @Canageek@wandering.shop Check out PikaOS. It's based on Debian, up to date, and last I checked was just following Debian's lead when it comes to AI. It's got gaming tweaks, up to date packages, and some in-house built tools that are honestly pretty great. It's also a solid foundation for general purpose stuff, and now I'm thinking about it, probably easier to maintain than anything Arch based.
Make sure to grab the Nvidia iso if you have an Nvidia memory card.

I'm on AMD GPUs for my main rigs, but my older one (which I'm keeping as backup due to all the fuckery in the PC space these days) runs a 10 series card, so I'd have to grab nVidia for that one. Edit: Pika says for cards that old to use the standard ISO. So that's handy!
