@Kellyshenanigans@yeg.bike It's also weird that that's still the question now when menstruation cups and underwear are fairly common.
For me that question would make no sense because I think in terms of the size of my Diva Cup and have actual mL knowledge - and only realized recently when I compared that to online sources that the first day or two of my period is abnormally heavy and abnormally painful.

@casseagull@mstdn.social I used to use a merula cup, and would come to drs and nurses with mL (and really it was more than a full cup, I wore a pad and period underwear with it too cuz I overflowed multiple times a day), but they didn't react in a meaningful way. I should have known how to answer the question, but I'll have another chance.
