@mattmay@mstdn.social as a LGBT person of a certain age I ALSO cannot imagine in 1990 a Catholic Gay Republican white male speaking about religion -and going against doctrine of the church... and me (along with millions of other sane LGBT+ people)…being on the side of the current Pope.
