Had my first phone screen of the current unemployment cycle. Got a “we’re expecting 94% of code to be AI written” thrown at me. 🤢 That’s why I’m looking for leadership and mentor roles. If I’m going to be a glorified babysitter it might as well be to human adults not “agentic” toddlers as likely as much to shit themselves than to do half as well as I can on a good day. 🤬 Everything is stupid right now.
