I have pinned this to my profile if you need to find it later on. I also use this same recipe to make mini-cupcakes. Makes enough batter to fill a 12 mini-cupcake pan but bake it a regular 350°F oven for 10 mins. Check them at the 8 min mark because they do burn quickly. Allow to cool but frosting. Or a good smear of chocolate-peanut butter spread.
