@nedbat@hachyderm.io This reminded me of some words by the great Italian writer Primo Levi: “(in professional life) making a mistake wasn’t a vaguely comical misfortune, that fails you an exam or lowers your grade, anymore: getting things wrong was like when you go rock climbing, a measuring, a figuring out, a step up, that makes you more able and more apt.”
