Yesterday I cancelled my Adobe Lightroom subscription. They were very keen to retain my monthly fee so I got all sorts of offers to stick around. I wasn't tempted. For the raw processing of images I have decided to give monthly support to young developer, Timon Kaech, who has been developing RapidRAW for the past 9 months. This is highly promising software for Linux, macOS and Windows platforms. It's a beautiful, non-destructive, and GPU-accelerated RAW image editor, built as a lightweight alternative to Lightroom. I like it. It's fast and in terms of development, improving rapidly.
