@Morning1 Yes, particularly for the larger, well-known instances like mastodon.social. This is based on personal experience of seeing web logs showing AI crawlers hitting individual posts and profiles on an instance I once managed infrastructure for. I’d recommend a mask for a selfie profile pic if you’re concerned but want to keep the profile relatively personal to you.
