@BitchinRob@weird.autos once I tried telling N that the ravens were okay actually, and we could make friends. I had a bagel handy so I tore it up and threw it down the hill.
A raven flew down, picked up the piece of bagel, flew back up on the fence, stared me straight in the eye, and dropped it on the ground.
I didn't go searching for meat, but I got the message.

@buckfiftyseven@mastodon.social we have a family of Carrion Crows at the other house and they come right up to window to ask for food. They will eat most leftovers and aren’t too fussy. One even eats apples, hollowing out the flesh and leaving the skin behind in perfect apple shape 🤷♂️ We haven’t tried tempting the Rooks down yet but im sure D will at some point
