fuck, ok, how do i find this it was a writeup about LLMs by someone on here who talked about how the tokens - not the payment tokens but rather the small chunks of info that get selected from - are created and picked from etc i think it was a female writer? it was not timnit gebru. it was fairly recent, last 6ish months i would say. it was not an academic paper but rather more of a lengthy blog post
