@himmelssohn@social.adlerhorst.net of course it is, but the Uni is the employer here. I get the same problem when I have to recruit new post docs. When I moved back from Germany as a post.doc to become tenured here, my salary dropped by 25% Let's say we complement the whole thing with food and weather?
