My thoughts were water quality monitoring but I haven’t seen such an installation before. No obvious cellular antenna on the cabinet either.

I’ve worked on systems for aeration of fishing lakes, and those need substantial rating blowers to make any serious impact so I doubt it’s that… much too small. Same goes for any sort of pumping system.

@ret@furry.engineer A cellular antenna could be well enough hidden in the plastic frame of the solar panel..
