@64kb@icosahedron.website I work at a community center that has a library, while doing stuff for my PhD I would sit there a lot, the house rules prohibit calls... at the public library's study room near my house I had to summon an attendant once because of someone shouting at their mobile phone, luckily there was a poster on the wall I could point to asking for silence... I don't want to be a prick but sometimes there has to be a limit.

@villares@ciberlandia.pt I'd already forgotten my glasses so concentration was out a bit, by the time I went upstairs and found I didn't have internet I needed to update my C.V. I decided the trip was a bust. Might drop them a mail though. There's a difference between the noise of say - kids in a library, vs someone making an incredibly boring long business call.
