@fanf@mendeddrum.org @riaschissl@noc.social oh this is wonderful. Great to see it laid out like this, bookmarking for conversational reference. The most successful team I worked on had a strict rule that engineers don’t move on to other tasks until their current one is completely done (inc polish and known bugs), because there’s possible infinite work and time in the remaining work. If you move on to another feature you’re just adding another possible infinite time sink. It’s hardline and I’ve never seen anywhere else do that but it worked.
