@amanda@social.spejset.org @nicklockwood@mastodon.social yeah, this. If you’re sharing a ChatGPT response with me you’d better be prepared to justify why you agree with it. (And if you’ve already adopted it as your own opinions, why mention ChatGPT at all, other than as an appeal to authority?)

@amyworrall@mastodon.social @amanda@social.spejset.org @nicklockwood@mastodon.social it's especially annoying if it's in answer to a question I asked expecting that person's informed opinion. If I wanted an LLM-generated response, I'd have generated it myself (Or not, because I don't use LLMs or let the reverse happen, but that's besides the point...)
