There's a page on the #parkrun website with more information at #parkwalk at https://www.parkrun.org.uk/parkwalk/ Mrs C suffers with chronic pain and fatigue and walks parkrun with sticks. The volunteers have *always* been really lovely, both at our local event and when we've been traveling :)
