Maintenance mode until they can hit a certain size/weight/price/battery/performance while maintaining the quality and capability that’s there currently. Meanwhile, enthusiasts will continue to make content and apps for it (slowly), then relaunch with an ecosystem of spatial experiences and spatial apps (not just porting 2D iOS apps, which are necessary, but not that compelling) worthy of the lighter, cheaper device.
