Crazy idea: what if we had these things called "legislatures" or "parliaments" and when dangerous or greedy or counterproductive stuff happened (like corporate privacy theft or wages so low that workers still need food stamps or data centers burning up the planet or automakers shifting away from EVs back to SUVs), then these "legislatures" would enact things called "laws" that made that shit illegal and if anyone, even billionaires, kept doing them, then they would be put in jail until they agreed to stop, so that the world would be a better place for humans and other creatures. Do you think my idea might work?
