Went to the next town this past Saturday to go for a nature walk. Saw a sign for a book sale by the local public library. Of course we had to go. There were a lot of books and also CDs and records on vinyl. When we went to pay, we found out it was a "whatever amount you're willing to donate but you could also just take them away for free if you're so inclined" type of book sale. They use the money from their twice yearly book sales to fund free services at the library, like computer and photocopier use, because Ontario public library funding is not the greatest. We happily left a donation.
