@pandora@chaos.social @thegcat@toot.kif.rocks @nd@chaos.social @fluffy@plush.city that's a dynamic induction stovetop, if its of interest, these pictures were the reason I took a IR surveillance camera to my regular cheapo (~400€) Ikea Induction stovetop with regular circular setup, if of interest I can retake them after I cleaned it up and post it :D

@Jay16K@chaos.social @pandora@chaos.social @thegcat@toot.kif.rocks @nd@chaos.social Ah, cool, I thought those were only theoretical hyped-up "next generation" things, and I didn't realize any dynamic induction cooktops were actually on the market! Now I'm wondering how consistent the thermal coverage is on them. And yes I'd love to see a traditional burner setup's induction element configuration.
