@pandora@chaos.social @CauseOfBSOD@wetdry.world @jgrg@mstdn.science I would think that measuring the load off the coils would cause them to heat up and possibly get worn/damaged if nothing’s there. My induction stove will do load measurement to shut off the coil as an emergency measure but the manual highly recommends not relying on that as a means of controlling them.
