@pandora@chaos.social that’s super cool! Could you also show the visible-light version to see how the advertised induction zones line up with the magnets? Also it’s interesting that they still chose to use IR-transmissive glass. I guess there’s no reason *not* to even if there’s no advantage for induction, and they already have their manufacturing there for radiant cooktops.

    @fluffy@plush.city @pandora@chaos.social I think they might use IR light to detect if there is a pan above the induction element, so it needs to be transparent to IR.
