I've been watching old, hand-drawn #anime on my #CRT, since this stuff looks awful on modern TVs without upscaling and whatever other bullshit you kids do nowadays.
It's incredible what you can achieve with a modded #Wii plus WiiMC (plus Handbrake for re-encoding.)
I took this video like a week ago. After messing with both the Wii and WiiMC settings, stuff looks even better now.

I also had forgotten how loud ol' TVs were. Nowadays with TVs getting flatter and flatter, fitting loud speakers has become impossible. This was not an issue in the CRT era, LOL.
