@tokyo_0@mas.to Research has been done, which shows that people born in Scotland voted for independence. The vote was swung towards remaining within the UK by all the voters born elsewhere in the UK, primarily England.

@tokyo_0@mas.to I suppose this is the classic sign of a colony. The 'mother country' retains just enough control so it can keep influencing and exploiting.
