@pseudonymsupreme@pnw.zone I always found that no matter how much I like my job, I like my private life more. I had colleagues who didn't understand that at all though... once I asked for part time and they were genuinely surprised as in, why would you want to work less? What would you do instead? And I didn't even know where to begin.
Not working at all is different though. I'm fine with returning to work after vacation etc - if not, it's time to switch jobs.

@wildrikku@mastodon.gamedev.place That makes sense. I asked my agency if I could go part time while I’m in school and they said no, so I think maybe I’m resentful and it’s time to go elsewhere.
