Why is everything so complicated?
Me to organisation: "I have no need of my account, please delete it"
Them: "No."... "we want to retain your name and DOB".... "because we say so".
Sister wants me to arrange a care home for Dad, from 500 miles away, when she lives with him.
And so on.
And then I wonder why I feel so stressed and brain fried.

I want a wood screw thingy that's 35mm long where the thread is 5mm diameter but with hex head, and not countersunk. Amazon: M6 x 100mm self tapper? ... Amazon: countersunk pozidrive? ... Amazon: machine screw M8 x 200mm Gives up.
