Its a ASUS Vivobook S 15 S5507QA. I’m putting nixbook on for a friend who doesn’t want Windows 11. The flashed usb isn’t recognized by the bios. I’ll keep looking into it.

@flypaper@autonomous.zone looks like that's tricky hardware. Based on my research Best Option: Ubuntu (Concept ISO) The Ubuntu Concept image — a special Snapdragon-focused ISO maintained by Canonical — explicitly lists the ASUS Vivobook S 15 as a device with confirmed successful installations.
