I only saw this one briefly, hence the poor pictures 🤷♂️
But after going down some rabbit holes, a good guess is that it's a torpedo sawfly (Nematus lucidus; 🇩🇪 Torpedo-Blattwespe), not an ichneumonid wasp as iNaturalist initially suggested 😬
Not that frequently documented on that site, but not rare or endangered either.

Another set of very poor pictures taken of another very rapidly moving insect 😬 But fortunately, the black, white, & red colour scheme is distinctive enough even when out of focus, leading to a fairly certain ID.
