@Krikket@mindly.social I used to have my 'me' time at the end of the day, but it turns out I am just too exhausted and have zero spoons, so it wasn't working for me at all. Once I planned for this time for about 1 month, it just became a habit like all other habits.
Now I try to work with averages, so I'll plan for 7 days of 'me' time, but if i manage 3-4, that's fantastic and is still progress towards my hobbies.

@stargrace@gamepad.club I wish I were better in the mornings because that sounds ideal for minimizing distractions! Right now, my schedule has me committed to something at 10a 5 or 6 days per week, and most days I’m not even getting through my preferred morning routine by then! I’d like to plan a few hours on Sundays and maybe one evening, but my time management has been so poor overall that Sundays keep being chore catch up day!
