Giving a hand rn to someone who's a former Sex Worker, which is something we share. People have no concept - If a SW wants to break back into straight work, they have to somehow account for whatever gap/absence the SW represents on their resume, or be prepared to, at best, field a lot impertinent questions and then not get hired. She recently got hired pending bg check. Apparently her SW history precludes her from making fancy coffee, so she lost the offer. So much frustration for her.
