@Loki_Laufeyiarson@mastodon.social I agree, but this is an example of being a Scot in the UK for so many of us. In many ways, I feel like I am less of a person, with less of a voice. Someone to be laughed at and mocked, and if I complain, the usual response is, "It's only a joke or a term of endearment."

@IndyRichard@mastodon.scot I can relate a bit, being from Brabant in the Netherlands. But I've never faced terms this harsh. I feel for you. Scotland and the Scottish I have had the pleasure of meeting are so lovely.
