@neil@mastodon.neilzone.co.uk @cyberleagle@mastodon.social The power to create regulations around proving age at 13 for Information Society Services is very broad. I wonder if it will be used to suggest Government Digital ID. I’m not sure there is any small site exemption for ISS for GDPR as you get with OSA’s catergories of services and risk profiles. Using GDPR article 8 as a way to age gate everything seems a lot and not what the public debate is about.
